Starts of great but after about a month or so they start to not offer as good comfort they seem good for up to 5hrs but then start getting rather lumpy feeling

Instant upgrade from the original insole of my industrial work shoes. Be standing a lot during work, and this helps to keep my feet from aching. Really feel the difference at the end of the day.

They don’t feel like they do “much”. But they also don’t feel like they are causing any problems. For the price they are a decent replacement insole. But if you are looking for “serious” arch support “these aren’t the SOLES you’re looking for.” (See what I did there? Nerds will get it! I’m FUNNY!)

I have been a pharmacist (on my feet 10+ hours/shift) for decades, and I have used a variety of shoe inserts over the years to help reduce wear and tear on my knees and ankles. I was surprised at how THIN these inserts were. They are comfortable but have no real orthotic support. If your original shoe inserts are worn out and rough-surfaced due to wear and tear, these are very good replacements. I would have chosen something with more arch support and “structural integrity” next time.

Every shoe or boot I’ve worn for years has been upgraded by the addition of these inserts.
I’ve been on my feet, working on hard surfaces for several decades. Long shifts rough duty and nothing is worse than foot pain and fatigue. I’ve spent a lot of money on quality tools.
No matter how expensive the shoe the comfort level is elevated ten times by these. You can get six, eight months out of these.
The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is because I’m now wearing Dr. Scholl’s new pillow type inserts. I’ve had them for a couple months and they are more comfortable so far. Whichever, I will add one or the other to every shoe or boot I will ever own.

Bought these because my original soles on my new duty boots were worn our within a couple months of use. The right one kept sliding back and giving my sole a lip on the top of my foot. Decided it was time to grab some good work boot in soles. I can say these are a massive upgrade to the original salomon soles and super comfortable and cushion like. They made these just as comfortable as the Nike SFB gen 2s! Would reccomend to anyone looking for a boot insole replacement!

I bought these for my rain boots as they had zero cushion. These have made it better but not by much. The first day these were great. I was able to wear my shoes with no pain. The second time I used these my feet were hurting half way through my day. So they are better than nothing but not great.
